We want to do as much as possible in recycled materials

Right now, we are looking at how we can reduce the material usage for our products. With plastic, we have already made good progress, as we use more and more recycled material, but there are still many parts to consider. For example, there used to be a metal part in the Delta whose sole purpose was to provide a nicer feel. However, when we tested removing it, we realized that the difference was not significant. By removing that part from the product, we save 140 grams of steel, which corresponds to 0.5 kg CO2e/product. Not bad at all.
We have also redesigned the equivalent part in the Advance model to achieve a thinner and therefore lighter design. This will save approximately 100 grams of steel, equivalent to about 0.35 kg CO2e/product.
